Who looks after the Big Picture?
An Easement Instrument forms the legal basis for the managment of the land covenants and the management of the day to day up-keep of common structures and services from roading to rubbish. Initially, the body 'Hiwi' will establish and control all necessary structures, guidelines and covenants.Thereafter, administration of the Management Body shall be by equal 1/6th share and shall entail annual meetings along with a financial contribution (into a transparent savings account) as decided by the joint owners. It is envisaged that, as all infrastructure is newly constructed, the annual contribution of money for the foreseable future will amount solely to the necessities of rubbish collection and a small provision for medium term maintanence. Thereafter, an annual contribution is estimated to be $200 per lot.
