The most recent sales of land and building were ‘The Folly’ a small single bedroom basic cottage sold early 2007 for $365,000, and a converted double garage with sleepout which sold in September 2007 for $580.000. The Wairarapa continues to be amongst the top ranking regions for growth in property prices. |
