Landscape Planting:
Over 1500 trees and shrubs have been planted along with hundreds of transplanted tussocks.

Infrastructure:

Final seal on road and ROW. All infrastructure is now complete.

 
October. Installation of dispersal field between tussocks on Lot 8. ROW ready for sealing. Final rolling of public road before sealing.
Mid september: right of way final rolling. Most fencing complete.
Power and phone installation is complete as are the sewer lines to each lot.
August: Construction of the entranceway is complete and base excavation of the internal accessway is well underway. Metalling of driveway, construction of runoff drainage and installation of telephone lines.
